1. General Terms

Adriatic Boat Club (“Agency”, “we”, “our”) acts solely as an intermediary between the client (“Client”) and the charter company (“Charter Operator”) providing yacht rental services. The final charter agreement is concluded directly between the Client and the Charter Operator.
By using our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.


2. Role of the Agency

Adriatic Boat Club is not responsible for:

  • the condition, performance, equipment, or safety of the yacht,
  • the provision of services on-site,
  • any changes, cancellations, or irregularities caused by the Charter Operator.

The Agency is solely responsible for assisting in the selection and reservation of the yacht.


3. Booking and Payment

A yacht reservation becomes valid once the Client confirms the selection and makes payment according to the terms set by the Charter Operator.

  • Payment methods, deposit amounts, and payment deadlines are determined by the Charter Operator and will be clearly communicated to the Client prior to confirmation.
  • Adriatic Boat Club may charge a commission or an administrative fee, which will be disclosed to the Client in advance.

4. Cancellation and Booking Changes

Cancellation and modification policies are governed by the Charter Operator’s terms.

  • The Agency will assist the Client in communicating with the Charter Operator but is not responsible for refunds or any booking changes.
  • The Client bears any costs associated with cancellations or modifications as per the Charter Operator’s policy.

5. Liability

  • Adriatic Boat Club is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or accidents that may occur during the use of the yacht.
  • The Client is responsible for familiarizing themselves with all charter rules and terms set by the Charter Operator and for complying with local laws and regulations during the charter.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on the Adriatic Boat Club website (texts, logos) is protected by copyright and may not be used without prior written consent.


7. Data Protection

Adriatic Boat Club is committed to processing all Clients’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and using it solely for the purpose of booking arrangements.

8. Force Majeure

Adriatic Boat Club is not responsible for any failure or delay in service delivery due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather conditions, wars, terrorist acts, pandemics, technical failures of the yacht, navigation bans, or similar extraordinary circumstances.


9. Amendments to the Terms

Adriatic Boat Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
Clients are advised to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.


10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent court located at the registered seat of Adriatic Boat Club.
